Driver Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Registration
1.1 The user must be legally eligible and at least 18 years old to register on the Pickze platform.
1.2 Registration is completed through a valid mobile number verified via OTP.
1.3 Pickze reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request without providing reasons.
Article 2: Responsibilities
2.1 The driver is fully and directly responsible for all services and transactions carried out through the platform.
2.2 It is strictly prohibited to transport or deliver any illegal or prohibited materials.
2.3 The driver bears full legal responsibility for the nature and contents of each delivery.
Article 3: Disclaimer
3.1 Pickze is a digital intermediary platform and does not provide any direct delivery services.
3.2 Pickze bears no legal or financial liability for any dispute or damage arising between the driver and the customer.
Article 4: Conduct
4.1 The driver must use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner.
4.2 Pickze reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Article 5: Privacy
5.1 Registration data is used solely for internal administrative purposes and handled according to the privacy policy.
Article 6: Modifications
6.1 Pickze reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and updates become effective once published.
Article 7: Refund Policy
7.1 The driver acknowledges that all subscription fees paid to the platform are non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary or enforced account suspension or termination.
Customer Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Service Definition
1.1 Pickze is a digital platform that allows users to access a list of independent delivery drivers and communicate with them directly.
1.2 Pickze does not provide any delivery, transportation, or payment services and does not intervene in or monitor the transactions between customers and drivers.
Article 2: Responsibility
2.1 The customer is fully responsible for all details related to their request.
2.2 The customer agrees not to request the delivery of any prohibited or illegal materials.
2.3 Pickze disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or disputes that may arise between the customer and the driver, whether directly or indirectly.
Article 3: Use and Conduct
3.1 The platform may not be used to submit false, nuisance, or unlawful requests.
3.2 The customer must respect the driver’s privacy and must not use their contact information for any purpose beyond the delivery service.
3.3 Pickze reserves the right to restrict or ban any user who misuses the platform or violates these terms.
Article 4: Reports
4.1 Customers may use the report feature to flag any inappropriate behavior, abuse, or violations by a driver.
4.2 Pickze reserves the right to review reports and take appropriate action, including suspension or banning of accounts.
Article 5: Modifications
5.1 Pickze reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Changes become effective as of the date they are published, and continued use of the platform constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms.
Article 6: Service Limitations
6.1 Pickze’s services are limited to facilitating the display and publication of various delivery service advertisements, and enabling customers to communicate directly with independent advertisers.
6.2 Pickze is not a party to any agreement or delivery service carried out between the customer and the advertiser, and bears no responsibility for the execution, quality, or outcome of such services.
6.3 The advertiser bears full responsibility for the content of their advertisement and for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
6.4 Pickze reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates the law or contradicts the platform’s policies.
